Weapon Finess + Two Weapon fighting question

Here is the deal,

Character Two Weapon fighting. 12 Str, 18 Dex, BaB +6/+1

Primary Hand- Long Sword

Off Hand- Short Sword

I have weapon finess feat and Two Weapon Fighting feat, would my attacks be...

My Primary Hand would be +5/+0
Off Hand +8

Would that be correct?

Yep. Note that if you had a rapier instead of a longsword, your primary attacks would also be at +8/+3.
