Web-based character maker

The starts of what will hopefully be a fairly comprehensive, intuitive character maker.

A lot of people use Spreadsheets, but I find them a lot more convoluted than plain web scripting. I hope to keep updating it, but it's mostly just for use for my own players

Right now it allows point buy and rolled stats. I want to include standard array and user inputted stats, too. For those that use non-PHB methods.

Oh and I included my half-elf house-rule of allowing them to take +2 any but cha, instead of +2 con. Just pick +2 Con if your DM hasn't house ruled that one differently.

Yeah, sorry, the submit button does nothing yet. I forgot to disable it properly

Eventually it'll take the information and generate a character sheet based on it. But that's a bit down the line.

Bu the way the point by default in the new PHB is 22 not 20 according to another post on here somewhere.
