What are the most common feat selections per class?

In our group, any melee character (ftr, brb, rgr, pal, marshall, rogue) will eventually take power attack. The highly melee focused characters grab it early, the secondary melee types grab it late, but they all take it. Even most of our archers take it.

Empower and Extend are the most common metamagics (Extend being the primary one among clerics who don't use divine metamagic). Craft Wondrous is taken by virtually every full caster. Barbarians take extra rage. Fighters do tend to use the weapon focus/spec feat chain. Divine Spell Power is popular among clerics.

Elusive target is a favorite among light fighter types.

Are you counting multiclassed charactes? If it's available in your game, any multiclassed spellcaster would have to be crazy not to take Practiced Spellcaster. That feat single handedly breaths life into the concept of multiclassing for spellcasters.

I agree that power attack and cleave are very common among melee types; empower spell probably the most common metamagic feat for wizards, sorcerors and even Clerics. Almost all Druids will want Natural Spell and most likely extra wild shape.

Point blank shot and precise shot are very common, but don't break down well along class lines. Archery rangers, ranged rogues, and spellcasters who happen to concentrate on ranged touch attacks usually get them, but dual wield rangers, melee rogues, and spellcasters more fond of targeted and area effect spells probably will not...

I don't know. Myself, I think it's useful for a lot of multiclassed caster builds but hardly essential. (The only reason I took it for my multiclass caster was that I'd run out of other feats). Multiclass casters can get by without it by: 1. choosing spells whose effects aren't heavily level dependent (Bigby's grasping hand instead of delayed blast fireball). 2. Choosing spells that don't suffer from spell resistance (whirling blade instead of scorching ray).

Arcane Casters: Empower Spell
Divine Casters: Extend Spell
Sor/Wiz/Clr/Drd: (Greater) Spell Penetration
Brb/Ftr/Rog: Iron Will

Everyone in my campaigns operates under the consensus that Improved Initiative is a waste of a feat. Heck, I might even consider Toughness more useful.

multiclassed sorcerers/wizards pick up Practiced Spellcaster
rogues: Weapon Finesse
barbarians and fighters: Power Attack, Cleave
druids: Natural Spell
clerics: Lightning Reflexes
