I just got MMII. I'm planning on getting BoVD and d20 Modern. Not sure what else. My collection has gotten pretty big and that's despite the fact that I'm really picky about what I buy. Can't complain about thiat!
Quint Wizard
Quint Monk
Occult Lore
Path of Magic
Monster Manual II
Masters Of Arms
Book of Vile Darkness
Races Of Faerun
Spells & Magic
Magic
d20 Modern
Savage Species
Arms & Equipment Guide
Fiend Folio
Tome of Horrors
Book Of Eldrich Might II
Book of Eldritch Might III
I think that pretty much covers it. The only thing that saves me is that my players are very generous and get books for me on a regular basis. So I will probably only have to pay for about 1/3 to 1/2 of those on my list.
I won't put up my list since it pretty much just matches the d20 release schedule, even when I try to show restraint...
However, my local game stores seem to be getting more ratty in their selection. I've got two regular stores and a WotC store I frequent. I haven't found a single copy of HoHF: Dwarves, Green Ronin's book on Shamans, or Quint Wizard.
Do they want me to order online?
I felt lucky to score one of the two copies of HoHF: Half-orcs and the last copy of EA: Shamans; and this was spread out over 3 stores!
Living Greyhawk Gazetter (don't have it yet)
Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil
Necropolis
Rappan Athuk I-III
Maze of Zayene Series
Tomb of Abysthor
Traps and Treachery
Of Sound Mind
Book of Eldrtch Might II & III
Book of the Righteous
Vault of Larin Karr
ESDs (when they are released)
I3-5 Deserts of Desolation
A1-4 Slave Lords
S1-4
WG8: The fate of Istus
Lately I've begun to think (after spending several hundred euros on D&D products, mind you ) that all those supplements don't add that much to the enjoyment of the game. The three core books are just fine for running a campaign. The supplements may just cause more trouble than they're worth.
...having said that, I'm still going to buy supplements. After all, this is my hobby and I enjoy reading the books, even if I didn't use them.
BoVD is a must buy after all the commentary and debates it's caused.
MMII for monsters, and Tome of Horrors maybe.
Tome of Horrors isn't a good name though. They should've thought of a better one.

- but the book I'm *really* drooling over is the playtest version of GURPS Fantasy (ok, that and whatever Kenneth Hite comes up with next)
everything from creative mountain games (hi mark!), a new raku kiln, a paul soldner pot, b.o.v.d., a ticket to gencon in indy, buncha drinks for my enworld fellows at my brothers bar in indy during gencon, more dice, and who knows what else that isn't nearly as important
Here's my current list of products that I plan to buy (adding it to my long-running FR/PS/SJ/OA/AA game - since 1992!). The release months are the ones that I'm currently aware of...
