what dnd books do you own?

Phew...

Talking basic DnD, pretty much everything (all boxed sets, the gazetteer series, all modules from B,X,DA,O,CM,M,IM and thunder rift series, all AC accessories, Mystara and Hollow World) am only missing Mark of Amber

1st Ed ADnD pretty much everything in all print-versions, missing the old style MM (with the red dragon) and form the modules only missing N5 Under Illefarn.

2nd Edition 'core' stuff, all hardcovers (in 2.0 and 2.5 editions), most softcovers except the 'brown' and 'green' series of softcovers (only a few of those), almost all 'standard' modules (again, for 2.0 and 2.5), almost all additional source materials (from Chronomancer to Castle Sits to Design Kit and more of those items)

2nd Edition various worlds:
- Planescape: everything but the player's primer
- Spelljammer: everything
- Dragonlance: everyhting up until 5th age
- Dark Sun: everything but 'will and the way'
- Ravenloft: about half (19 books, boxes and modules)
- Maztica: everything
- Greyhawk: all of the 'new' stuff (post Greyhawk Wars) and the boxes from the old stuff
- Forgotten Realms: most of the older stuff (about 36 boxes, books and modules)
- Various (Jakandor, Illithiad, I Tyrant etc.)

3.X edition:
Intro to Adventure and Basic Game boxes
Core 3.0 and core 3.5 (6 books)
PsiHB, XPH, Sav Spec, MoP, ELH, AnEG, UA, DnD, BoC, OA, HoB
MMII, FF, MoF, Draconomicon, Libris Mortis, LoM
Adv. Path (8), RttEE, CotSQ, ItDL
ECS, Sharn, RoE
FRCS, Underdark, Magic of Faerun, LoD, LEoF, Silv.M, Shin.S, Unapp. E

All in all over 500 TSR/WotC books, boxes, modules etc. stacked and stuffed in, on, between two bookcases together with some 3rd party material (which in my case is not that much, maybe 50 or 60 or so items, mainly modules and campaign setting material)

Well, limiting myself to WotC-published, 3E stuff... Everything except Stormwrack, the Eberron DM screen and character sheets and the map sets. And I'm buying Stormwrack the next time I happen to stray to the gaming store.

In total, I've got some 130 D20 books in my shelves, plus a load of pdf stuff.

I'll note that some of my books are "...compliant with the Open Gaming License v1.0a and is compatable with the worlds best selling Fantasy Roleplaying Game"
PHB 3 & 3.5
DMG 3 & 3.5
MM 3 & 3.5
BoED
BoVD
Oriental Adventures
Stronghold Builders Guidbook
XPH
Living Greyhawk Gazeteer

Those are what I conside D&D because it has the logo, D20 stuff excluded.

Bound to be some really long lists here! I don't have anywhere close to all of them, but I do have more than I am likely to hunt down! The bulk of my collection are the core books and a fair amount of Forgotten Realms sourcebooks.

I was pretty good about grabbing all of the new Forgotten Realms books until some releases last year didn't interest me as much as earlier ones in the line.

IronWolf, you've been selected by the Online Prize Patrol. Please e-mail me at roninartspresident@yahoo.com to claim your prize.

Eberron Campaign Setting
Races of Eberron
Advanced Psionic Handbook

Right now I have borrowed the DMG and the PHB from a friend, but I plan to order the DMG, PHB, and MM box set as soon as I get my new credit card in the mail

None! :) I don't game. Besides, they're unavailable in my country.

Your location says Poland, and I'm pretty sure they are sold over there as a friend of mine brought me back a copy of Bastion of Broken Souls in Polish, when he last visited his girlfriend over there.

Ah... not those. The original books.

For some reason, every time I try to read www.dnd.pl I can't stop laughing over the terminology they used in translation. You know, I am a translator myself, so I know how to tell. This doesn't mean they did a bad job, though. The translation may be the best possible under those circumstances and still sound artificial and pretentious. It's just that you don't translate words only, but the culture behind them. Terms such as "hit dice" and "saving throw" have been coined by English-speaking people and reflect their way of thinking. Translating them into any other language runs the risk of bringing along unwanted associations in the mind of the reader. In my case, the translation of "hit dice" makes me think of osteoporosis treatment and "saving throw" smacks more of judo than roleplaying.

You can see some of the covers there: http://img04.allegro.pl/photos/oryginal/59/5973/597360/59736018

And yes, these are 3.0 books. The light of 3.5 progress has not yet swept over this forgotten land.

Sorry, won't bother you any longer with this :)

I have only owned books for a few months, as I have recently turned 18 and now can actually own things, yay :) .

I have MM 2 & 3
DMG
PHB
Libris Mortis
Book of Challenges
Unearthed Arcana
Dungeon magazine subscription
and the Arms & Equipment guide

For the latest edition: None! I rely on my Mongoose Pocket PHB when playing 3.5e.

For 3.0e: PHB, DMG, MM, OA, & D&DG.

For 2e: PHB, DMG, MC, FRA, & PO:S&P.

For 1e: MM, PHB (x3!), DMG, FF, MM2, D&DG, WSG, DSG, & UA.

But that only counts the hardbacks, not the modules, (paper-back) supplements, & classic D&D stuff. & then there's the GURPS, Rolemaster, & misc. shelves...
