And like I said, I think the Hunger mechanics are a lot better than Blood Points really driving home that vitae is an addition just as much as it's a source of nourishment.

Also, turning the mechanic into Paradox for Mage would be super easy, barely an inconvenience. Just replace Bestial Failure with Weird Stuff Happens.

For people who have played both, do you prefer the 5th edition of WoD or CoD 2e?

i really like the 5th edition of 'vampire' (and find it the most playable) but i think that 'geist' and 'changeling: the lost' are honestly some of the best work they've done (and i have to say that the new 'ghost hunters' book for 'owod' is pretty fantastic.)
