I would write it up slightly differently (to conform with similar feats found in DotF), and tweak a few details:
Channel Domain [Divine]
You can channel energy to convert prepared spells into domain spells.
Prerequisite: Ability to turn or rebuke undead, Extra Turning, one or more spellcasting domains.
Benefit: Choose one of your domains. You can spend one of your turn/rebuke attempts to spontaneously convert one prepared spell into a spell of equal level from your chosen domain.
This just brings it in line with the standard format, and it should really be Divine (not General). Extra Turning is a prereq for all of the other "spend a turn/rebuke attempt" feats in DotF, and I didn't see any reason why rebuke attempts shouldn't work as well. If it were my feat, I'd probably change the name to "Divine Spontaneity," which feats the naming pattern for channelling feats and is slightly less ambiguous than Channel Domain.
In terms of balance issues, it looks OK to me. Unlike most of the other channelling feats, it actually sounds worthwhile -- and I like the idea. I'd say it's on the strong side, but that's fine.
