D&D General What do your gods actually do day to day?

My Gods are ascended mortals, and their senses have limits. To that end, they spend much of their time gathering information from their underlings and giving direction to their followers to implement the change they seek. Essentially, they're the business owners of large businesses. Some delegate their reponsibilities and play golf while others take a hands on approach. It all comes down to their personalities.

Faerun or your home brew that has bog standard gods. The gods are granting prayers to high level clerics. They are on a plane in their castle.
But what are they doing day to day? I understand time is different but how do you envision it?

For the major ones, they maintain Creation and hold back the annihilating existential evils. Also-
It is a transcendental divine mystery that no mortal mind can comprehend.
That too.

The smaller ones have their celestial duties, but can actually interact comprehensibly with mortals. Some of them are fairly Nordic or Grecian in their ability to mess around with mortals. Then there are demi-gods that have their special grove, spring, or other sacred site that need mortal worship but interact like a mysterious mortal. Powerful fae are like this.
