What does FLGS stand for?

I figured out what FLGS stands for not long ago. Two that still have me bothered and confused are GURPS and BBEG. And "fluff" vs "crunch" still has me tangled up. Every time I think I have a handle on what each means, someone throws me. And "Nerfed" is ambigous as well.

If you just mean you don't know what they stand for, GURPS = Generic Universal RolePlaying System (Steve Jackson's very detailed multi-genre RPG), and BBEG = Big Bad Evil Guy (usually the "boss" monster in a particular adventure or campaign -- say, Sauron in Lord of the Rings).

GURPS = Generic Universal Role-Playing System. an RPG by Steve Jackson Games.

BBEG = Big Bad Evil Guy. the main villain of a story, adventure, or campaign.

crunch = rules mechanics.

fluff = narrative description.

nerfed = to reduce something in effectiveness relative to other elements.

GURPS= Generic Universal Role-Playing System (someone correct me if I'm wrong), which was Steve Jackson's system for virtually any variety of role-playing milieu one could ask for. I actually have the Myth GURPS book, 'cause back in the day I ran a game (AD&D rules) based off Bungie's awesome tactical fantasy game. I think I rambled a bit there...

BBEG=Big Bad Evil Guy, usually to indicate a main villain or significant adversary of some sort.

You know, I don't have an FLGS, just a DLGS; Distant Local Gaming Store. To get there, it's a 15 minute drive to the ferry, a 15 minute to 1.5 hour wait at the ferry, a 15 minute trip across the water, then a 20 minute drive once I'm on the other side--then I have to get home...

If somebody started up an FLGS on this island, I'd be the biggest customer...you know, since I'm 6'6" and am too wide at the shoulders to fit next to anyone bigger than 'freakishly' small in the back seat of a non-SUV.
