Somehow, I'm guessing that very few here play D&D "live action". That means something a bit more active than most tabletop gaming.

I run a 3.5e/AE homebrew campaign (Tales of CITY --see .sig 1).

I play in a core (so far) 4e homebrew campaign (The Port on the Infinite Ocean --see .sig 2)

Currently only 3.5e online, in three different games. But I've been thinking on and off about trying 4e, but can't be bothered most of the time to actually do something about it. 4e doesn't hold that much interest and I have some doubts about its online play-ability.

Hey Mythmere: I just downloaded Swords & Wizardry; great stuff!

But to answer the original poster: though I don't consider BECMI to be OD&D (especially not the way we play it), it was the closest option on the poll to what I play the most right now. Not that I dislike OD&D (see above)--it's just that the rest of my group wouldn't be down. I love me some BECMI.

We also play a sort of "pick up" 4e game when one of my players (who joins us via IM call) can't make it. We've been playing through the adventures which are...okay. I think the system lends itself better to a different style of play than the adventures implicitly promote: combat after combat (in my humble opinion) gets to be quite a grind after awhile; if the adventures were a bit more story/rp based, I think the length of the combats would heighten the sense of drama and excitement in the combat. Maybe. I dunno.

Been playing 4E since it came out, and still running an ongoing 3.5 campaign that was in progress before 4E arrived. Once it wraps up, going to full 4E.

I don't play online, but I don't LARP either. :P

When I run or play it is 3.25. A mix of 3e and 3.5 core as a base modified by Unearthed Arcana, third party material, and house rules with WOTC supplements either a) being limited to a handful of class variants, feats, spells, equipment and PrCs ; or b) are DM supplements (e.g, Heroes of Horror, MM2, Fiend Folio, dedicated monster books (e.g, Fiendish Codex I), Book of Vile Darkness, and Stormwrack.)
