You should also try hordelings.com. ;)

I followed the link and was very happy with my discovery. There seems to be 2 big sell-offs going on at the moment. It was only when I came back here that I realised that you are one of them! (NY Farm Boy is the other one) :D

I have quite a list of minis that I wish to buy from you. I also have a Steel Predator that you may be interested in. I managed to grab that as my rare from the one Angelfire booster that I bought.

My e-mail address is ac(underscore)marafioti(at)yahoo(dot)com if you would like to e-mail me about it. I have already sent you an e-mail via EN World.

Also, do you have any references from trades that I might look at? I'm looking at getting quite a few minis and as much as I would trust someone that has over 1,000 posts on EN World I would also just like to double check.

Thanks,

Another e-mail sent Lalato. After working through your list is seems that I wanted quite a few of those minis. Now I just need to explain to my wife why I need so many of these little plastic things! :o

Olaf,

Nice find on the Sorcerer on Black Dragon. While it's not my favorite sculpt, it is a good mini. :) Justice Archon, and Tordek are nice too.

Hope you find more of what you want. :)

the more i bought, the more i started liking the minis. I too started out very slow at first, but over time, when i realized how many way cool minis i was missing out of the sets, i began to incrementally buy more boosters. Yah, it's like cocaine all right. And do I use many of the minis> Hell no! But i like to have options. ;)

Sam is one of the leading figures in some DDM circles. I don't think you'll have to look too hard for references for him.

Yeah, he pointed me to his e-bay references. That was good enough for me. The fact that he had over 1,000 EN World posts already put me at ease before that.

Did you have the list of minis that you are willing to sell? I am getting quite a few through Sam since he has quite a large amount for sale at what seems to be very reasonable prices but there are a number of minis (mainly common and uncommon ones, but a couple of rares too) that I am still after. I'll send you a list of what I still would like.

A Storm Archer (an Uncommon from WotDQ) is one mini in particular that I'm after as it would be the perfect weapon for one of my players. He is playing a ranged fighter who has a Weapon of Legacy longbow that has weather related powers. It is like they made the mini just for his PC. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find one for sale.

The good thing is that a lot of the common/uncommons will be very easy to get online through the various traders.

(I don't trade online, however - for a very good reason: I suck at sending mail. Seriously).

DDM is something that really comes into its own after you've been collecting for your own. Randomness is annoying when you're just starting out and you want *that* mini. However, once you've been buying for a while, you often have just the mini you need in your collection. :D

Cheers!

Did you get my e-mail Merric? I thought that since you are a lot closer to me geographically and are also a big collector of D&D minis that you might have a few that you would be willing to sell me. However, judging by this post it looks as though you might not be interested. :(

Let me know either way. There are a couple of minis in particular that I want to get to use in my D&D games.

Olaf, if you don't come right finding a Storm Archer, drop me a note and I'll post you one of mine ;).
