What is the best d20 book no one talks about?

Many thanks, sir.

It is a pretty good book, but too much on the adventures side and not enough on the history part for my taste. I was really hoping it would be highly historical.

Hang on to it. Inevitably, it will be... ;)

My vote also goes to Denizens of Avadnu. I've heard a few people talk about it here at EN World, but didn't pay much attention. I thought, "Oh, just another colorful monster book."

Also a very good book. I only read the part that relates to my fighters mount, but that was good enough for me. If the book helps my char rock, then that book itself r0xarz. Don't recall there being a wealth of color to it, though, but I still liked the art.

The Power Gamer's 3.5 Warrior Strategy Guide by Goodman Games. I don't think folks talk about this one because they do not want to admit they could get some great combat advice from a book or don't want to appear to be a munchkin. I suppose you could honestly not like the book, but it's full of some decent analysis of the core rules.

It certainly is not a top 10 d20 book, but it is very much worthy of mention and I have not read a thing about here. And I am here far, far too often ;)

Hmmm, are you confusing us with someone else? What are you using for a mount?

Oh, it's one of yours. And I thank you so very much. :) [Reflecting on it, I guess my comment about color was the result of a drugged mind.] The beastie my Anierin has been enjoying is the Droth'yar, called by alsih20 a Bentessu, named Shikari-sanda by my character. He liberated it from a nasty hag, and has taken it as his personal special mount.
