What is the best low magic setting for d+d?

I agree with Harn and Swashbuckling Adventures. Kalamar and Freeport could work with a decent low magic feel as well.

EDIT: Oh, and Vincent Darlage's d20 Conan setting too!

1) The Wheel of Time. Magic is scarce but powerful, just don't give lip to the wenchs.

2) Kalamar - neutered D&D (in a good way)

3) Harn - love the setting but some folks take it way too far (Ok, its time for chores, make a professional skill child labor roll).

4) Star Wars - low magic - big powers.

5) I have not got swashbuckling yet, but love the Thea (7th Sea) setting. It is like Microsoft 'where do you want to go today'

Not necessarily in that order.
