Pathfinder 1E What is up with Paizo?!?!?

Dragon/Dungeon customer service or whatever you wish to call it is like a black hole. I tried emailing everywhere with not even an acknowledgement, their website is hella out of date and doesn't function correctly and with the last release of Dragon and Dungeon I _STILL_ don't have last months editions AND issue 306 never arrived. It seems to me since the magazine was sold my subscription of 2 years has become more of a pain in the butt. I _LIKE_ having all issues and originally subscribed to insure I got all of them since the FLGS here was inconsistent, yet they had the last months issues. :mad: :mad: :mad:

I know some ppl in Australia were also having issues, and it makes me rather angry when I also don't realistically expect this months mags as well.

I've been having issues, too (again).

I still don't have either Dragon 311 or Dungeon 102, and subscribers in the US already have the next mags in those series.

When I was missing Dragon 310 I got a very prompt and helpful reply from Paizo, and they express mailed me the issue. But like you I have received no reply from mailing that same person again directly, as well as mailing all the customer service email addresses (twice this week).

I'm not happy, especially with the huge premium I'm paying for a foreign subscription.

Maybe the problems are with intl shipping? when I was subscribed I never missed an issue, they all came ahead of schedule...

Well before Paizo bought the lot I never had any issues with international shipping. In fact I usually had my copy within a few days of everyone in the U.S.
 

what are the current issue # for both mags?

i haven't received my subscription for over a month and a half either and i live in the US. and i know i'm good for at least another year.

unless i got them early last time and they are just late this time...

Um Dragon 311 and Dungeon 103 I believe. (I think someone please correct me if I am wrong). So im my case I am missing Dragons 306, 310, & 311 plus Dungeon 102 & 103.

I have had some major problems with their customer service myself. I am afraid you'll only solve them by calling up Paizo directly (in my case, 3 times).
