a rogue 10/cleric who used to be very CN but somewhere along the line he had a change of heart and now is attempting to atone for past sins.

A spiked chain weilding paladin. I had a lot thought up about it at one point, but we have not gotten to the potential game yet, and by the time we do I will probably have another idea that I want to play more.

Necromancer-cleric. Could he control more undead as an evil cleric or necromancer? If he turned himself into a lich, would he maintain self-control? Just a few things running through my head.

An ogre cleric - charming, well groomed, perpetually forgiving of people's misconceptions and disappointed with his own people in general.

A wyrmling song dragon bard, trying to keep its identity secret.

I've had too many others to count, but those are the ones in the back of my head at the moment...

Star Wars d20. He was a Economist. Had ranks in Knowledge (Business) and (Economics). He worked for Kuat Drive Systems (I think), and then found out some nasty stuff the company was doing. So he quit his job, used his money and bought a trading ship. He was a great trader, but also grew a like for gambling. Only problem is, he was horrible. He couldn't win. We were going to start the campaign right when he lost his transport ship in a card game.

I've had this idea in mind for like three years now.

Capt. Ultra. Superman-like boyscout superhero good guy inspired by the mountie from Due South. Anime like obliviousness to his good looks and the effect they can have. Almost incapable of breaking the law, even in small ways. Add in a secret dark past he doesn't recall and season to taste.

Playing a recently diseased adventurer turned wight in a world filled with undead creatures. Very transylvaniaish.

Another was a fromer captain of the guard who has contracted leprosy. He has to solve a murder before he dies (every day might be his last). Living in rags begging for alms in a Thyatis/Rome-llike city.

Ashe.

He was based on Martin Blank from the movie Grosse Pointe Blank. He was an assassin of mages that joined the party about mid-level. His whole concept was based on his quest for redemption. Not a very effective character but was a real treat to play.

The campaign lasted for about three years and ended right before I moved and Ashe ended up destroying a particular plane of existence. well, more allowed it to happen then caused it.

CN to the bone.
