Animal Lords. These were from AD&D 2e Outer Planes Appendix, I think. Each type of animal had its own Animal Lord. Sort of like Monkey from the Chinese myth was the king of all monkeys.
Nymph. (How are they not in there?)
4e Titans. I.e. they're primordial, elemental beings.
Greater Werewolf from Ravenloft - what am I supposed to do with the poxy little things in the MM?
Hmmm... And I guess for number five I'll go for the Blink Woolly Mammoth. Just for the Hell of it. :D

On a roll of 10 they materialised above you. :D

Yeah, but I could save vs. being pancaked and then complete a complex calculus problem to see if I got to stand up and when. And if I killed it there was a decent chance it was packing a +5 Holy Avenger for some reason.

I'm trying to remember the other creatures from that selection. There were the werelagomorphs and if I recall correctly, unicows.

Dragon 156. An April Fool's issue. It had the were-hare, the paper dragon, pink dragon, death sheep, tickler, tin golem, probably more.

I'm pretty sure there was a Killer Pine of some sort as well. And the Pink Dragon (could have sworn that was a different issue) had bubbles for its breath weapon. Pretty dangerous if you got trapped in one! ;)

Somebody really should convert those to 5e.
