What musical instruments do you play/own?

I play the drums, but I don't own a set at the moment.

And just to join in with the musical mishaps theme, once, at the end of the song in practice, I fell off my drum stool. Mere words cannot convey how funny this was to the other two people in the room.

Add to that the fact that I basically cannot chew gum and walk

Well, if you put it that way...:) I do know a lot of people who find it difficult. I guess I'm just lucky in that it seems to come easy for me. Plus, I don't do a whole lot of fill work. The other guitarist usually does that, but I'm slowly taking over the solo work. But since I'm not a huge metal fan (Megadeth being the exception), it's not that big an issue. Modern rock is, unfortunately, formulaic. I think it's just that I'm a control freak...if you want it done right, gotta do it yourself. *sigh*

I own two wooden flutes (I can play a very slow version of "Molly Malone" on them), an electronic keyboard (I can play a few traditional ballads on it very slowly) and a pair of drumsticks that I am using to prop my window open during the summer (I never had a set of drums). I thought about getting a student guitar and a set of bongo drums to play around with.

Sometimes I just like to get a wooden flute out & just make notes with it. I like the sound of the flute but I only have a few flute recordings...

I play acoustic guitar, been playing since I was 7 (turning 18 in three months). I own an electric guitar also but I like the acoustic more.
If given a couple of days, I could play simple things with the piano and I can do some basic (very basic) stuff with the drums. I also occasionally sign.

About all that I can play is the sterio, but I have: a guitar; a piano; an electric keyboard; two drum sets; a trombone; two flutes; a claranet; a saxaphone; and a trumpet.

My wife (who is both a gamer and very musical) was the oldest of eight, all of whom were in the band. My inlaws gave us all of the old intruments as we are the only ones in the family with the storage space for them, and have three children who may want to use them at some point.

I can play the Tuba, Trumpet, French Horn, Coronet, Trombone, and many others of the brass family.

I own a TRombone passed down to me from my Grandfather, he got in 1936.

If I just say "I play the drums and percussion", it might seem like I just fool around with it, so....

I've been playing for 20 years, and have played in jazz, concert (CA All-State Honor Band), marching (Freelancers Drum & Bugle Corps '87 and '88), amateur rock, Scottish Guild drumming, etc.

Here's what I have:

elec. guitar
elec. 12 string guitar
acoustic guitar
elec. base guitar
elec. hollow body base guitar
ukulele
lap steel guitar
banjo
accordion
Kawai K5000S (synth)
drum set
2 trumpets (one of them was hit by a car so the second valve is kinda sticky)
jaw harp
misc. percussion gizmos

I think that's everything. I play them all with varying degrees of success and sing too. Here's a song my friends and I did for Christmas:

You might recognize the tune, and yes the french translation is on purpose. :)

In all, I'd say drums are the most fun instrument in the world to play. It's like meditation...
