This poll didn't have the Profession skill on it. I want the Profession skill, or something that does the same job.

Most of the listed things are - when put together - what make the game what it is. There's maybe less than a dozen things you could lose and not hurt anything...half-ogres, tieflings, stat-boost items, the tarrasque, barbarian-as-class are a few that spring to mind...but take out much of the rest and you're looking at a different game, probably already designed by someone else.
