Front Range Warlock
The Avengers: The old British existential espionage television series, not the superhero franchise. Possibly based on the DoubleZero SRD, appropriately weirded up to account for the eccentricates of the series.

Blake's 7: There have been 3 Blake's 7 RPGs, two unofficial (both good), and one that inhabits a grey area (published by the official B7 fan club, which is less good). I'd love to see an officially licensed B7 game, though, perhaps using Mongoose Traveller or Cepheus Engine as its base.

Sapphire & Steel: A very gameable setting, especially for small groups, this would be great with a light, bespoke, system that really captures the weirdness of the series (seriously, this is a weird TV series). RIP, David McCallum.

Scanners: PSI World is very obviously inspired by Scanners, but the setting deserves its own, legit, licensed RPG. Using an existing system would probably be okay. BRP may work well, provided that starting characters were a little more capable than they are in most BRP fare.
