Weirdly, there is an RPG product called Dark Matter.
Actually two.

One predates the show, and was a 1999 science fiction / conspiracy theory campaign setting for the Alternity RPG from Wizards of the Coast.

The other is the 5e D&D sci-fi game.

Hella confusing to make a sci-fi game that specifically alludes to both a popular TV franchise, but also uses the name of another RPG from the same publisher as the game you are making it to mesh with.

I would absolutely love to see both The Avengers and Sapphire and Steel as RPG settings. i suppose The Avengers could be done with a good Spy game with a swinging 60s supplement. Sapphire and Steel needs some good horror/timetravel/psionics rules.

I’d also love to see the Gargoyles cartoon and the ReBoot cartoon series RPGised

The Avengers: The old British existential espionage television series, not the superhero franchise. Possibly based on the DoubleZero SRD, appropriately weirded up to account for the eccentricates of the series.

Blake's 7: There have been 3 Blake's 7 RPGs, two unofficial (both good), and one that inhabits a grey area (published by the official B7 fan club, which is less good). I'd love to see an officially licensed B7 game, though, perhaps using Mongoose Traveller or Cepheus Engine as its base.

Sapphire & Steel: A very gameable setting, especially for small groups, this would be great with a light, bespoke, system that really captures the weirdness of the series (seriously, this is a weird TV series). RIP, David McCallum.

Scanners: PSI World is very obviously inspired by Scanners, but the setting deserves its own, legit, licensed RPG. Using an existing system would probably be okay. BRP may work well, provided that starting characters were a little more capable than they are in most BRP fare.

Ultima would be great. I'd love the classic magic system in a game (combining words of power with reagents).

Godzilla is one I'm shocked by. You could have players investigating old MONARCH bases, uncovering the secret history of the world...who have a pet kaiju who shows up for battles.

Actually, as far as investigating secret histories go, Planetary: The RPG! X-Files meets Superheroes!

I'd have said the Elenium and the Mallorean, but unfortunately, the author of those books did some very bad things, so that's probably a non-starter.
