I'll second New Crobuzon, as it at least features a kind of punk aesthetic. Perhaps not the kind you're looking for, but still.

I too am curious about those d20 supplements dealing with "real" magical systems.


All I can think of, off the top of my head, is SFX Skills: Diabolism, and SFX Skills: Enochian Theurgy. But they are rather specific, and (intentionally) narrow.

Use Firefox and get the ContextQuery plug-in. Then you highlight, right click and it opens a new tab with the word looked up in Google for ya.
