What would help my Rogue?

I am currently playing an epic level rogue. As the result of a recent foray into Hell he has approximately 700,000 gp burning a hole in his pocket and an inferiority complex.

The majority of the time I was unable to get combat advantage on any opponent after the first round. This was due to a combination of creatures that couldn't be flanked or could see invisible or had auras that stunned, forced movement, removed characters from play and the fact that our controller PC was killed and the player replaced him with an infernal pact githyanki warlock who is focused on single target damage (he also seems to always have combat advantage due to concealment, always has temporary hit points - and has more hit points than any other character except the dragonborn fighter, and has defenses higher than our defenders)

So to that end can anyone suggest somethings I should acquire (given a 700,000 gp limit) to either boost damage, help me get combat advantage, or lay on status effects that will help me and the rest of the party - we are currently resting in the City of Brass and the DM is allowing us to spend our cash.

...an infernal pact githyanki warlock who is focused on single target damage (he also seems to always have combat advantage due to concealment...

I'm assuming he also has a power that gives him CA when he has concealment? Cunning Stalker or whatever it's called?

As for gear, you don't seem to have a Tattoo. I don't have my CB handy, but you should be able to find something that's at least a bit useful.

First thing first, I think you devoted way to much ressources to boost defenses. You don't have a defender? How about a rhythm blade then, a level 3 one would cost 680g and would give you +1 AC and +1 ref and no sense getting a higher level one, the bonus doesn't get higher.

Zephyr boots (which you already have) negate tremorsense so you should be good on those.

I would suggest retraining a feat to get something that would help you get combat advantage with no condition on the DM part attached since your primary enemy seems to be invisible-seeing beholder. Cunning stalker (CA against enemy with no creature adjacent to them other than you) is normally a good choice.

I'm out of ideas on epic item to help get you CA. I'm pretty sure there are a tons of low level item with daily ability that can give you CA and with master at arms you can pretty much draw them at will.
