Hiya!
Whatever they are, I'd like to see sentences and wording like the following, sprinkled throughout as needed.
Other than that....I don't much care for 5e books coming out unless they are going to give me, a DM, ideas and things to use to make my job as DM easier and more fun (re: I want a Dungeoneers Survival Guide, a Wilderness Survival Guide, a Manual of the Planes, a Lord Flataroy's Guide to Fortifications, etc).
What do I NOT want? More PC races and/or more Feats. No thank you EVIL!

What would you personally like to see in any upcoming 5e books?
Whatever they are, I'd like to see sentences and wording like the following, sprinkled throughout as needed.
- "NOTE: The DM may have a different method for calculating the specifics here, so consult with him/her as needed"
- "As always, the DM is responsible for determining the exact interpretation of these rules"
- "For further clarification ask your DM as he/she may have something pertaining to their campaign"
- "The DM will determine if these options will be in use, if at all, or modify them as he/she sees fit"
