Whats the best you've ever rolled

Once upon a time, my paladin tried to throw a longsword, 60 ft. to try and impale an archer firing from behind an arrow-slit. I rolled a natural 20 to hit. The DM just scoffed and said that I'd need to roll two more natural twenties to actually impale him. So I did.

I dont quite remember the level of the characters, but we were four and an NPC, mine was a baldesigner and we faced a beholder, I took like 5 rounds of the 3 most mortal rays he had and passed every single save with a good margin, it happened that the beholder did not make even a single ray work that day and the group endd up without a single loss after the fight, although we did suffer fom a bite or another he did....

As to be ontopic, for a change, we faced a demon, not sure which one, the master made him be accompanying some imps, which wee little mroe than a nuisancec, then I run to the demon and attack, I rolled a 20, confirm, 20, then i had the chance for a vital, 20... we alowed the dm to have the summon ability go before the attack, or the battle would be like killing flies... not truyl damage, but same effect. ;)

I had a paladin that was starting to get up in levels and in rank in the church, but one of the higher ups in the church thought I was getting there to fast. He had one of the high level paladins spar with me so he could teach me humility. The DM was rolling really bad to start and I was giving him a hard time when he said "no more mister nice guy". Well before he could do anything else I rolled a nat 20, followed by another, and to add insult to injury I rolled a third 20. The look on his face was priceless.

During a high-powered champions game, my superstrong character made an attack on the super bad guy. It was just slightly less than 40d6 (probably something like 36d6). After the attack, I averaged the roll and it worked out to something like 5.4 per die.

I was playing a Dwarf Cleric in what I think was the Night Below campaign. I started every attack by calling for the aid of Clangeddin, and good old Clangeddin must've heard me, because I rolled 5 natural 20s in a row. Too bad it was all wasted on goblins...

I rolled 49 points on a 10d6 fireball just this past Sunday, which is somewhere in the vicinity of a 98th percentile roll. It was empowered, too, for a total of 73 damage. Thank God I got through the dracolich's spell resistance ...
