What's the highest PC level in your current D&D campaign?

They're in Relics and Rituals. But off the top of my head, I remember that it deals 2d6 damage, has a 17-20/X4 Crit range, reduces your movement while wielding it to 5 feet per round, it weighs 30 pounds.

take the feat wield giant weapon - lets you wield a weapon 2 sizes larger than you. (forgot where I saw it)

so technically, you would be able to wield 2 warcleavers!!! NASTY!
