However, I will often use Constitution as a dump stat, trusting good AC and saves to see me through the day. :)
Monte Cook's Arcana Unearthed has made it harder to have this as my dump stat.

I actually don't have a dump stat. It all depends on what kind of character I am playing. So it can be different every time.

Peace and smiles :)

Poll runs pretty close to my expectations, albeit Strength is dumped by a slightly larger percentage than I would have anticipated.

For me, there is no specific Dump Stat -- it all depends on who I am playing :)

Unless I'm playing some sort of divine spellcaster, which is almost never, WIS is my dump stat. Since I like to play impulsive characters, a low wisdom does make sense.

for the 2000ed and 3.11ed for workgroups it is blatantly obvious Cha is the dump stat.

Somewhat, but significantly less so than in your own preferred edition...

More generally (i.e. not to Diaglo specifically): They've done a good, though not great, job of making all the stats useful. I'm surprised to see Con get so many votes, though (it's third from last with less than 5% of the vote, but I'm surprised it got ANY votes, much less beat out two other stats). To me, you don't need a GREAT Con, but it's the last stat you want a penalty in.

I've occasionally used Strength as a dump stat, even with fighter types, as long as I don't go into negative numbers (I figure if I'm a ranged fighter, it doesn't really matter).
I've got two words for you, friend.

Compound Bow.

Bards, sorcerers, clerics, paladins, druids & rangers who plan to use Handle Animal, and rogues who rely on interaction skills would all beg to differ.

I'd argue Cha was a dump stat in 1E/2E, certainly, but the latest versions of the game do a pretty good job of making most of the attributes have important roles -- ask howandwhy99 if he wishes his Cha maodifier were higher.

but as everyone knows Bards Suck.

and over all of the other stats... which one does howandwhy99 have low...

i know i'd like a higher score too as so would he.. but in a game where strategy wargaming is still key.. cha is the dump stat.

in my preferred edition is rolled 3d6 six times in order for stats.

and cha for OD&D and in some cases 1edADnD is important for the kill monsters and take their stuff.

reaction roll is based on cha. still is.. but in OD&D it meant the difference between having to fight or not.
