I agree. My post count is 1268, I wonder if I post again in this thread, will it be 1269? And I wonder what the original poster must be thinking after all this blatant thread-hijacking.

The OP?
are we speaking here about the original Poster? or the Original Post?

The Original Post surely is feeling flattered by so many responses...

I would suggestion looking at some of the alternative damage systems presented in Unearthed Arcana if this is a pressing issue for you. One in particular, and I forget the name of it, is based on the Star Wars system and seems to cover this quite well.

With WP/VP? I thought about that, but I don't want to change all the classes, give them all defense bonus's, work out the DR for weach suit of armor, and all that. And I currently have zero money for RPG books, so I can't buy anything.

Thus, I was hoping for a very simple fix, which "dramtic HP" seemed to take care of very well.

Under normal rules, characters must be tied down, or in some other way be immobilized.

As for the thread jack... How do I change the words under my name? The words tha currently say "registered user"? And what can I do with all those posts now any way? hehe.

Cheerio!

-edit- Flattery indeed, this thread is now my most successful, thanks to the thread jack ;) -/edit-
-editpt2- Maybe not, my skill based combat system had more, but still!-/editpt2-

You'd have to be a Community Support & buy an account, rather than the free one you have.

Freeloafer :]

There's currently a massive sale on Community Supporter Accounts! Only $19.99 for a full year (down from the normal price of $45)! A Community Supporter Account directly funds EN World's monthly operating costs and gives you a bunch of groovy features. See this thread for details!

:D

change = groovy
words under my name = feature
