When shall we 300,000 meet again?

I think what got on my wick was that if someone is (I was going to say "selling", but that's probably not the right word...) *promoting* a religion supposedly based on truth, then publishing a "tract" which (in my opinion) is a bare-faced lie is wrong.

You did say well, selling.
Because Chick sells those tracts...

But, I repeat, his "religion" is a very very personal way of reading the Bible. Please again, don't confound him with true Christians and don't confound his "Fire and Brimstones" religion with Christianism.

Willie,

I keep forgetting that not every D&D player has ever heard of Jack Chick. It's good, in a way, but then it's also bad - EVERY one needs to know of the disinformation of Jack Chick. I'm not going to bad-mouth Jack Chick, but I will say this: He starts with the supposition that he is right in his opinion of role-playing, and then he goes from that, inventing facts about what an RPG is really about. It is the worst kind of disinformation: the kind you create to convince people of a point, by LYING about the opposition.

Incidentally, Scott apologized for the PvP piece he did, and realized that he had gone too far. That cartoon, while funny in a 'gallows-humor' kind of way, was no better than what Chick did in the first place.

P.S. - could you edit your original post and please kill the picture and just leave the link? Chick proudly displays that thing, anyway, so it's not going anywhere.

Three comments:

1) I wish I had a DM that hot.

2) Mike, who "prayed and fasted" for Debbie, clearly just wants to bone her.

3) I like how the Naz... Fundamentalists are dancing around a pyre at the end. Kinda cultish, eh what?

"Ole" is indeed Spanish, it means roughtly "Bravo"

(Bravo is also a Spanish word, that originally means courageous, but it has become international with it's side meaning of "well done!")

Dear lord...I had heard various tales of jack chick nd his delusional psychosis, but I had never stumbled upon it until now.

Something bad needs to happen to that man...anyone that stupid should not be allowed to live...and this has nothing to do with his anti-rpg rants. The man is obviously a complete wacko...

I have faith that attrition will take care of the idiots...
