Where can I find the coolest Lizardfolk?

It's been a few years gone by now, but I think I remember seeing some sort of "lizardfolk farm" billboard along I-40 crossing through the Texas panhandle. Snakes, lizards, or something like that.

I like the Blackscale Lizardfolk and Poison Dusk Lizardfolk from the MMIII (I think). The Blackscales are big, beefy, strong brutes, and the Posion Dusks are little, quick, poison-using ranger and rogue types.

I'm using them as servants of a powerful Dragon in my homebrew.

Earthdawn has really cool flavor for its magic, setting, and classes, I don't have the race books but I would expect their lizardfolk race to be as well fleshed out with culture and history.
