Previous edition artists such as Parkinson, Elmore, and Easley. I also like some of the other artists mentioned above in this thread

I'm still really fond of Todd Lockwood's stuff. He could do all the illustrations and I'd be happy. :D

Our very own Claudio Pozas could do some, too. And it would be heavenly to see more of Michael Kaluta, and Charles Vess. Get P. Craig Russell to do some, also - his work on the Conan comic was so evocative.

Janet Aulisio. She did great stuff for Space:1889, Shadowrun, Earthdawn, and Cyberpunk, among others, but seems to be MIA lately. Janet, come back!
As far as folks who have done little or no RPG illustration, I'd have to include Charles Vess, Alan Lee, Enki Bilal, and Jean Giraud (Mobius).

If we're talking about artists who've never specifically done game art (as far as I know), I'd say:

* Frank Frazetta
* Michael Golden
* Rags Morales
* Jae Lee
* Jeffrey Jones
* Richard Corben (though I seem to remember some game stuff he did years ago)

If we include artists who have done game art, but who haven't done enough lately, I'd say:

* Dave Trampier
* Jim Holloway (though he's done some lately)
* Erol Otus (can never get enough Otus!)
* Sam Wood (haven't seen him do much D&D-wise lately)
* Arnie Swekel
* Tony Szczudlo (never can remember how to spell his name properly)
