The d20 inside a d20 for all your Advantage/disadvantage needs is pretty cool too… (it’s actually terrible in play)

When I got married the groomsmen gifts were a red D20 that lit up when a natural 20 was rolled. #gamerwedding.

I played with someone that used one of those once. They're super cool. That's a nice gift as well.

I've tried to give people the d20 inside a d20 pictured above (initially they came in a pack of 6) and they've ended up giving it back to me, or just straight up refusing it.

I can't tell from the picture: How big is that d20-in-a-d20? Is that a standard die on the inside?

I've seen those at conventions in the middle of peoples' dice piles, but I've never seen one used.

d4. In the basic boxed set, there is a paragraph on rolling dice, and there are particular instructions for the d4 - Pick it up and twirl it while tossing it lightly up into the air. This intrigued me at the time. The d4 has its own rule for rolling! Still makes me smile. So d4 for the memory!

d10 - I love the NWoD systems and using a d10 works great in this regard. Not to mention, it's the percentile die.
d20 - There is no DnD without the icosahedron. There's something special about rolling a natural '20' and changing the course of destiny.

Thankfully, almost no one voted for the d10, that abomination which is not even a proper platonic solid !

I love the d4, purest of forms, and can be used as a caltrop in a pinch, whenever ninjas come to ambush your D&D group, I love how they scream "tetsubishi!", the poor mistaken fools !
