well, my favorite monster when i was a kid was a minotaur, and i used to tell people that that's what i wanted to be when i grew up (absolutely true!), and i love me some beer, so:

minotaur monk/drunken master!

yep, a big ol' kung-fu-fightin' bull-headed behemoth what's always tanked.
matter-o-fact, i'm gonna make that into an NPC to throw at my players...

Definatly an Ogre Mage, or so my friends say. I'm tall, very hairy (long hair and lots of facial hair). I had to insert the mage as I'm not quite as stupid as yer average Ogre. Plus Ogre Mages are just cool!
