Which of the following WotC "options" have you used in your campaign?

I use BoVD, but I don't consider it particularly "Vile" (and what is vile I won't use. I have no character options or prestige classes that require you have sex with undead, and I don't bring up the insestious relationships of archdevils.) Possession and sacrifice rules are pretty much par for the course for a fantasy story involving dark powers (a fantasy staple AFAIAC.)
