I have to put in a vote for Star Wars using an adapted Parker Brothers Monopoly system ...
Joking aside, the D6 system was clunky and the character effectiveness seemed to jump around (your stats improved xd6, xd6+1, xd6+2, x+1d6).
d20 star wars has the odd levels thing but once you improve, it's an actual improvement, not a "statisticly speaking, the average roll is higher, even if the minimum is lower" improvement.
Of the two, I'd reccomend d20 Star Wars. (I've only got Old Core Rules, so I can't speak for Revised) As a plus, material for it should be easier to find.
I've never seen True20 Star Wars so I can't speak for it either, but I'd love to see a d20 Monder take on it.
