[White Wolf, and own-horn-tooting] Their end, my beginning

Well, it's after midnight here in Austin, and that makes it officially Wednesday, January 14th. Officially the day the Time of Judgment starts, and the end of the current World of Darkness begins.

And, of far greater importance, the day Gehenna: The Final Night--my first published novel--hits the stands.

I hope it's not too arrogant for me to crow about this, but I've wanted to be a novelist since long before the notion of working in the RPG field ever even occurred to me. And while I have no intention of leaving this field--I'm having too much fun--I dare hope that this novel is, to paraphrase ol' Obi-Wan, my "first step into a larger world."

We now return you to regularly scheduled, horn-tootingless forum. ;)

Wow, congratulations Mouseferatu! As an aspiring writer also, I can imagine how you must feel!

So, tell us about your book? Is it set in the World of Darkness? What's it about? How much is it? Who publishes it? Hardcover or paperback?

Super congrats, Ari!! As a hopeful novelist as well - I hope to one day feel what you are feeling right now! :D

Nice job Ari.

Btw in a completely unrelated worlds of Darkness dealio, what are you developing for 2004 SL wise? ;)

It is indeed a White Wolf/World of Darkness book. It's part of the Time of Judgment, and is the last new Vampire novel to be published. (Well, at least as regards the current incarnation of the World of Darkness. I'm sure the new WoD will have novels.) It's paperback. While it's officially one of a trilogy--the other two books being the "end" of Werewolf and Mage, just as this book is for Vampire--it stands completely on its own.

Heh. Other than my gig as developer of the open call portion of CCIV, no other developing gigs currently lined up right now.

Great stuff Mr Rodent,

I have not picked up a WoD book for years but I will be treking to Hastings this week to read your latest works.

Congrats!!
