Who else considers he has now enough d20 stuff and won't buy more?

Wow.. I haven't seen such a large group of people lying to themselves since the last time I crashed an A.A. meeting! [snip]
Now, who's willing to admit they're a junkie? C'mon now, be brave, take that first step and admit you have a serious D20 fetish; you'll feel better... ;)
I'm not sure what you are after *shrug*. There are people in this thread who said they still buy as they always did; do they qualify as 'junkie'?. There are others who say they haven't bought anything in a quite a while; do you doubt that?. And there are many who said they buy significantly less d20 stuff; at least my bank account can verify that ;). Fact is that it's harder to excite people into buying. Fact is that most d20 companies experienced exactly this.

Sure, there's still great stuff coming out, and this will be bought - sometimes ;). This does not change anything with the fact that, nowadays, a 'Deities and Demigods' would never be considered to be bought by me, and many others seem to feel in a similar way.

Well the last wotc product i boght was the IMO disappointing d20 future. I haven't bought any of their dnd stuff since 3.5 came out.

but, my purchases still go on for other d20 stuff. I buy MnM, Black Company, hamunaptra, and just last night put in an order for jeremiah rpg and i plan on picking up Thieve's World when it comes out. All in all its not by any means matching the rate at which wotc churns out suff, but i still buy d20, whether for "they did a good setting" or even for "those are cool mechanics".

Now, my non-d20 purchases have increased a little to fill the gaps... with WoD and some Unisystem games being the usual suspects.

A year or two ago I realized I had too much d20 stuff. So, I sold some of it.

Although, there's still the remote possibility that a d20 product or two could earn my money.

Well, I've certainly stopped buying certain types of d20 books. I don't buy any book in which feats, PrCs, spells, and/or magic items make up a large portion of the book.

Really, nowadays I only buy modules (Dungeon and Necro Games modules) and FR sourcebooks.

I regularly buy new Mongoose OGL core books so I can write articles based on them.

Other than that, I expect to buy quite a bit of d20 material as it becomes financially reasonable, including Blue Rose, d20 Past, Conan Scrolls of Skelos, Arcana Evolved, Eberron Sharn City of Towers, Lords of Madness, the Warcraft monster book, the Warcraft core book, the Iron Kingdoms Monsternomicon rerelease, and perhaps the Iron Kingdoms World Guide.

I'm still gonna buy the stuff I want, if money permits me to do so.

Cool d20 stuff is still coming out and I can always use some of it. Most of the books I buy are WotC, though I'm seriously looking at some 3rd party stuff this year, including:
- Grim Tales
- Arcana Evolved
- IK World Guide
- Monsternomicon 3.5

The WotC books I'm looking forward to are
- Sandstorm
- Stormwrack
- Lords of Madness
- Explorer's Handbook
- Five Nations
- Races of Eberron
- Lost Empires of Faerun
- DMGII

Lots of stuff to get this year. I doubt I'll actually get most of it. :(

I've really cut back. Now the only books I am interested in are the races guides (Draconomicon...etc), and the environment series (Frostburn, sandstorm...etc).

In fact I have some books that I am really thinking of selling, because they either don't get used or were bought as impulse buys for no real reason.

I actually came to that realization back in November of 2003. It is possible that I'll eventually pick up D20 Future or that another nonDnD book will come out that I will desire, but I have a feeling Draconomicon will be my last DnD purchase for a very long time.
