yesterday, i was sore as all get out. my neck, shoulders, back... you name it. like when you use muscles that you didn't know you had.

today, i'm feeling better. just a little sore. a couple ibuprofen... and i'm okay again. whew...

I´m glad you are ok and I wish you will not get an unpleasant surprise because of an unnoticed whiplash.

Bumper and the spare tire (which normally hung under the truck bed) need replacing. Everything else just fine. My airbags didn't even blow. Tail gate didn't even get a scratch.

The other car, Honda Accord, is now a Honda Accordion. My spare landed on the windshield and left it cracked. The whole front end is demolished.
Sounds like you got away with the best of a bad situation. Must be doing something right! Mmmmm. Original D&D. Might be something to it.....

AAHHH!

You can lose that truck. That's how Biorph and I get to games half the time. That would have been very bad. ;)

(seriously, I'm glad you are okay.)

What make and model is your truck? It sounds like it's "Built Ford Tough" but I don't want to assume...

I'm a Chevy Man.

edit: but of course...

Studebaker is the only true truck. All the other pick 'em up trucks are just pale imitations of the real thing. :D

Hah, we used to have a car like that. A 1970 Dodge station wagon of some kind. We used to park it in the street, which occasionally got rather busy. Someone came around the corner once and hit the car. Crumpled the front end of it like an accordian.

It broke our tail-light.

Turns out that was a bigger deal than it seems though -- you couldn't even get tail-lights for it anymore. Some body shop guy ended up forming one from red plastic for us.

Well it's good to see that your sense of humor made it through the accident intact. ;)
