Wow. I dropped by because I haven't checked in on ENW in a while. And holy crap, now there's a ghetto forum for Warlord stuff just like there was for damage on a miss?

I hate this place.
I get it. You feel like you're being marginalized and excluded. Feeling hated is no reason to assume actual hate, nor is it justification to hate back. Rise above, be the change you want to see in the world, turn the other cheek, [insert platitude of choice], etc...

...and stick around, Obryn.

Did you just imply that I also had a hand in drawn some of the indifferent/undecided posters over to the "un-warlord" side? Well, thanks for the compliment, I guess.
You certainly had a hand in harassing and agitating the warlord advocates. To be honest, I don't get you or your involvement in these threads. Every time I think that you show some signs of cooperation or listening, you come out and engage in rude behavior, gross hyperbole mischaracterizing warlord advocates, or in trying to shut down conversation.

Given that there is now (temporarily) a "Temporary Warlord Forum," I would like to be given (so I don't have to work at it for myself) full instructions on how to build a "Temporary Warlord" -- I mean, aside from the obvious choices of having crap CON, low CHA, and no armor, because of course those settings would make any Warlord "temporary" through the process of sheer HP attrition.

That's his thing.

No, seriously.

I have also found irony in the fact that there have been multiple posters, who have admitted to drifting towards not wanting a warlord at all, because of the endless contentious posts and heated threads by those zealously demanding one.

Weirdly, as a former Warlord skeptic, I now actually would like to see a 5E Warlord (as a UA developed class) for similar reasons. At least we could all be contentious about something that exists (a WOTC designed Warlord) rather than a theoretical something.

The problem with that description is that it takes two to tango - the folks who are zealously demanding one are matched by those zealously trying to keep one from happening, and that is why there is contention.

In the end, it comes out like a proxy edition war, with much the same dynamics - and that means there's lots of blame to go around. Don't try to heap it all on one side.

However true you may feel this is, are you sure you want to make it personal? You know how that generally goes, right? Is there anything to be gained by this?

Please, try to not make it personal. Address the content of the post, not the person of the poster. Thanks.

You mean the warlord's has revived the heighten status it deserve. The light of their awesomeness was drowning out the rest of 5e, the way the sun does to the starts. Thus the need to separate day and night.

;)

Quoting myself again. Dangit! I apparently needed a good night's sleep before I could remember . . .

Lord Manpower the Temporary, from ERFWORLD. (Rob Balder has already shown us a "Temporary Warlord.")
