He's a dude in the States. (A school librarian, actually)
Who started a web site with previews and predictions of Third Edition.
Who's web site had a forum.
That evolved into a huge forum with thousands of members, and even more ideas.
That was taken over my Morrus when Eric Noah "retired."
And that you're posting on now.
And, just in case you aren't a troll, we've told you just about a million times.

The Web archive is a great way of researching old sites... the catch is you have to know the original URL.
This archive starts about 1 year AFTER Eric's site started up (I know he had a site somewhere on mailbag.com before moving to rpgplanet.com/dnd3e). This will give you an idea of who Eric was and what he did and why he's "famous."
Also, search for "Eric Noah" at google.com... you may find some more enlightening stuff there in their cache... or not... google is a bit hit-and-miss.
