In the beginning of the 4E discussions, I came away with the feeling that there would be a separate Psionics book that was not part of the PHB series. However, I can't find a reference to back that perception, so I'm likely to be wrong here. If I'm right, though, that could mean that there will be no Psionics in the PHB2, because they'll be out in a separate Psionics book next year.
