I am a WotC delegate and I am also running a Three Dragon Ante demo that is supported by WotC so there should be some freebies.

I was planning this for durring the first 3 hour slot also.

I was really hoping for a few more formal announcements before I submitted my games.

1) I'd like to know what the final decision was made about admission price? Not that I can't afford whatever is asked, but I do have some personal opinions about it, that I'll reserve comment on, for now.

2) I'd like to know what hours were decided on, and what the time slots are?

3) I'd like to know how many tables are going to be, and how many total games are being offered.

If I can get those questions answered, I'll submit my games pronto.

I checked in with the Maximinis guys and noticed there there was the offer for a Three Dragon Ante demo as well. I wouldn't want to intrude on your territory in this, but would be willing to run this in the evening slot if you are going with the morning one, if that's alright.

My apollogies. RL has been intrusive lately (ie girlfrend breaking up with me and more unpleasentries) so I've been a bit lax in organizing this.

Well, I was told 2 or 5 bucks initially, but the Beer Baron has over on the Maximinis site an admission pricetag of 10 bucks (to be finalized). I'm going to be sending him an email to comfirm what we're shooting for here.

It looks like we are going with the 3 hour time slots as detailed here.

I'm not aware of exact numbers, but the Beer Baron's thread over on Maximini's implies 4 tables. I'll sned an email to comfirm this.

If I can get those questions answered, I'll submit my games pronto.

I believe the admission is set at $10 and will cover some prize support, lunch and dinner.
there are also scheduled dci sanctioned DDM and Dreamblade tournies that would cost extra.

Hours have been set at 10am to 9pm

Beer Baron has set a limit of 4 tables, but his game area is fairly large and supports around 30 people for minis tournaments so there shouldn't be a problem.

Well pending on the games in the afternoon block are, I'd be interested in a dungeon crawl for the morning, if enough games open up for the afternoon I may inquire about jumpin in on the Ante in the morning, all pending in if there are games of that in the afternoon unless there is desire to extend an afternoon game into the optional evening session, then i'd be all about going for the long haul in a game. I'll keep peeking in for more concrete and spesific games to sign up for.
