Hello there,

I was alerted that there was a possible Burning Empires Demo being thrown around. I would definitely like to attend this game day should it be the case! Definitely add me to Artellan's Burning Empires game, and let's hope we can find sufficient players to get it off the ground.

Awesome! Welcome jslack & davek. To whet your appetite, here are the pre-gen PCs:
- Fazia Grizzly, Kerrn elder
- General Leaf, Kerrn warrior
- Jack the Spiv, a Han Solo-esque smuggler
- Julius Arnot, commander of the Omac garrison and brother of Omac's Lord Steward

I will start practicing my Kerrn accent.

Hi All,

I've updated the schedule over on Maxminis, and it looks like this is all coming together nicely. A couple of things, if you will:

1) 4-5 tables? Originally I was wanting to space things out throughout the room and want a top amount of tables at 4. I've bumped this to five for block 2, and we will see what is needed. As the room sits now, I have 1 huge 4x8 table (#1 for D&D), 6 6x2.5 tables (usually for minis, but will be allocated as needed), and 1 square 4x4 table. I also have 4 unfinished 4ft octogonal poker tables which I may set up for 3 dragon ante. So as things progress we wll move things around as needed. If you are doing a demo and need specific requirements, let me know.

2) Dreamblade demo in 1st block, I need a volunteer to run it or it may be cancelled. I could try to do it myself, but I'm tied up being coordinator/cashier. That would make it difficult for me and choppy for everyone else. Anybody on these forums play Dreamblade?

3) Heavy Gear? Is this going to happen? I haven't heard from the person who wanted to do this. As of now it is on the schedule as to be confirmed.

4) Burning Empires, has been added for block 2. Artellan will have pre-gens ready. Thanx Arty!

5) Ryan's D&D in Block 2. Do you have a character/player limit? Are you using pregens? Let me know some details when you have a moment.

6) Block 3 D&D DM needed. Volunteers?

I think that has us covered. The only other thing is sign up and registration. I will look over this thread and see what I can glean about who is playing/demoing what. I am starting a spreadsheet at the store to keep track of who is seated where. If you are coming, please sound off as to what you are doing in each block. I'll put that in the spreadsheet. And don't worry about changing your mind, this just helps establish which games need which tables for seating.

Mark cannot participate anymore, due to family issues. So the Heavy Gear demo is being dropped, unfortunatly.

Pregens are in use, and they will be:

• Zook Nackle, a curious little Gnome Sorcerer (3) with a penchant for alchemical items, explosions and illusions. Has a Weasel familiar named Scruffy.
• Cora Tealeaf, a Halfing Rogue (3) who likes to backstab her enemies and watch her allies backs.
• Edgar Allen Polearm, a Human Fighter (3) who fights with a... greatsword. He's all power attack, all the time
• Lox Ironbeard is a staunch Dwarven Cleric (3) of Moradin who fights with a warhammer and uses spells which help support his allies and himself.
• Heian Galanodel is a Elven Ranger (3) who uses her bow with great effect against her races ancient enemies - goblinoids.

6) Block 3 D&D DM needed. Volunteers?
