My first thought was "no", because a d6 doesn't have a 10 pips side. Upon reflection, if a wizard character has burned enough resources to get a 20 con and then spent a feat to get Durable, sure. Let him knock himself out.
And wouldn't it be 15? 10 from the "roll" plus 5 from his con modifier.
