I, ______________, understand and agree to the following terms:

Unsolicited artwork, story lines, character developments and other intellectual property (collectively "work") received by AEG is considered a gift of all the donor's rights, title and
interest in and to the Work (including copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights) which Work is given to AEG for no consideration, and becomes the property of AEG. AEG is in no way responsible to pay any transfer fees, licensing fees, royalties or any other consideration to the donor. Based on the above understanding, I hereby submit the enclosed Work.

.

But this is a solicitation, yes?

We have to give up all rights whether you use it or not?

Sounds like a bad deal. For me at least. :)

Good Idea

Actually, this is a good idea. When a writer turns in a building that's lame (like any building with a halfling or gnome, right jim?) AEG can replace it with a much fresher idea from the fans. Brilliant!

Just to clarify, you're asking for locations, not just buildings, right? So a park or statue or whatever would be acceptable? (Assuming it's reasonably interesting, of course)

Ah, Jim, anything posted to a message board is copyright the author, not public domain.

And just for the heck of it.

Mythusmage's Mystical Menagerie

A collection of fauna from around the multiverse, with a special emphasis on the odder takes on standard fantasy monsters. Including gnomes from 5 different phylums.:)

I see their nefarious evil plan now. I, the hapless gamer, submit my building/locale. And should it be accepted, of course I will purchase the massive tome. Never mind the cost that made me balk for the WLD! This one was partially my doing!! :]

*serious tongue in cheek for this*. Very cool on the submissions deal, Jim. I've always liked it when companies look to our communities for input and submissions.
