This situation being fairly absurd, this raises the question, what exactly is a non-regular turn ?

It's what happens when your character decides to eat the fireballed and roasted chuul. Hey, it looks like a big, scary lobster, so it must be edible, right?

Seriously: No clue.

Thus, since there's no support for what it means or what they mean it to mean, you can cross it out without losing a beat.

You go by the default if not otherwise stated: ie. "Mmm, tastes just like chicken!"

But at that point, all it means is that you aren't dodging as well as you would be, once you're "ready."

A character with Uncanny Dodge and Combat Reflexes, on the other hand, is pretty much immune to "flat-footed."
