Would You Get A D&D Tattoo?

How much of a D&D fan are you? Not as much as this guy, I'll warrant! D&D fan Sean Whissen has gotten the D&D ampersand tattooed onto his forearm. Sean posted this to Twitter with the caption "Check out my new ink!"

I forgot about that area. I have two in a similar area, inside of the bicep right under the armpit on each arm. Those are the ones that make you jump and makes your leg twitch. IDC, anyone that says getting a tattoo doesn't hurt is lying. Some spots hurt more than others, but they still hurt. Only spot I remember not hurting all that much, and actually tickled a little was the elbow.
I think they range anywhere between raking a fork across a bad sunburn to getting stung by a bee.

On a side note, you know those pain scales every doctor has in their office? Faces and numbers from 1-10? I find it more accurate to give comparisons to pain I've had in the past:

Tattoo
|
Gout/Bursitis
|
Back spasms
|
Kidney stone

It seems to help put it in proper context for the medical staff better lol.

I barely want a company's brands on my t-shirts nowadays. I'm not permanently affixing one to my body.

But hey, you do you, guy.
What could go wrong?

I don't have any tattoos and wouldn't get any (have plenty of people in my family with them, but Tattoos just aren't for me). If I were a tattoo person, I don't think I would get anything D&D on me. I'd probably want something unrelated to hobbies, movies, etc.

Inside of the wrist where it meets the hand hurts like hell too.
I have a small piece there, and it wasn't great, but wasn't too painful. However, the ink didn't take well there. I keep meaning to get it touched up.

the one I just posted was below my knee on my calf, and supposedly that's one of the better places, but it hurt more than my arm or chest (with the exception of the inner part I mentioned above)

Nerve endings are weird, and what is fine for one person isn't for another.

Runner up was inside of my upper arm. It felt like I was getting tattooed up in my armpit.
