Gladly. Heck, I'd run a game almost every night of the week, probably. I used to do that back in highschool during summer vacation. Just about every day and every night, all summer long. I never used prewritten adventures and never prepared ahead of time. (I still rarely do the latter, actually).
Some games we'd get tired of, some ran for ages. One in particular lasted years. I think that if you're creative enough, it's no problem at all to sustain a game like that. Nowadays people are working or in college, so we've got to take what time we have. I can't shake the feeling that something's sorely missing by only running once or twice a week.
