Chair Shot at Cultist!

The cultist goes down with a choked cry and lands in a heap on the floor, its one green tentacle splayed grotesquely out. Kalath recieves 6 hits worth of experience

Kalath goes to the door on the other side of the room and listens at it for a minute. If he doesn't hear anything, he opens the door and heads in.

Not hearing anything, Kalath opens the door. Beyond is a long, musty smelling, stone hallway going east to west. There is another door straight across from him, a heavy wooden door. The north wall has a total of seven doors, including the one Kalath just stepped through. Two are west of Kalath and four are east of him. On the southern wall there are only two doors, the one right across from him and one at the far eastern end of the hall.

An occassional sob or cry echoes through the hall though it is impossible to tell where the sound came from. as Kalath walks he is aware that sound echoes loudly in the stone corridor.

The door squeals open, the loud noise echoing through the hall. Within a group of four black robed cultist are stirring a large pot of something vile smelling. A fire burns in the middle of the floor and the air is thick with smoke. A crude chimney at the top of the cieling is drawing up some of the smoke but clearly not enough. There are varius herbs, meats, and shelves containing jars scattered around the walls of the room.

The cultist turn and stare at Kalath from the shadows of their deep hoods.

"Ah, hello, friends! Would you happen to know where I might find that Tutul fellow? I've heard such great things about him and I'm just dying to meet him."
