(YBA) Kalath in Wicht's Lair (continued)

[Wicht]

The imps let Kalath out without difficulty and he is soon blinking once more in the light of day.

The sound of the previous group's voices can be heard from the east.

 

[graydoom]

Kalath also heads east, continuing to follow behind the group at a distance.

 

[Wicht]

Kalath following behind the group sees them head east down hill to the main path and then turn south towards the cemetery gate.

Kalath gets to a good vantage point and continues to watch the group, seeing if the go the whole way out of the cemetery.

 

[Wicht]

Kalath watches the group exit the cemetery. Strangely enough, as soon as they are out of the cemetery gate, they vanish from sight.

 

[graydoom]

"Hmmm... interesting. I'll have to investigate that... later."

Turning around, Kalath makes his way to Wicht's Tomb. Once he reaches the tomb, he enters and looks around for Willford.

 

[Wicht]

Kalath sees Wilford almost as soon as he is within the large tomb.

"I see you have returned," gloats Willford, becoming slightly less transperent. "Do you have what I requested of you?"

 

[graydoom]

"Yes, I do. Glengary is dead, and I have his necklace here." Kalath shows the necklace to Willford.

 

[Wicht]

"I believe the deal was that you would give me the necklace, correct. And in return I was supposed to give you an audience with the Boss himself. If you would follow me...,"

Willford glides towards the doors leading to the great inner sanctum and they fly open at his approach. He enters within obviously expecting Kalath to follow him.

 

[graydoom]

"I believe I was to bring the necklace to you. Having brought it to you, I wouldn't mind keeping it... quite a useful little thing, it is. Unless you have pressing need for it, letting me keep it would only help you, as it will help me accomplish any further missions."

"But apart from that, I believe that was the deal, yes." Kalath follows Willford.
