For 3e…
Age of Worms is continually recognized as excellent. The Savage Tide and Shackled City are both excellent too.
Also for 3e Shadowdale is a great adventure book.
City of the Spider Queen was well regarded.

Pathfinder is 3e to all intents and purposes in which case you have to include Rise of the Runelords, Curse of the Crimson Throne and Kingmaker.

My favorite module for 2e was Doom of Daggerdale a beautiful starting adventure. Very well written.

The Night Below is amazing as a 2e campaign.

Limit Break Dancing
You definitely should add the Desert Nomads series to the list (X4, X5, X10). And B7, "Rahasia" was one of the best of the B series. I'd also throw in CM1, "Test of the Warlords."
